"Mike & Molly," which was slated to return for Season 4 at midseason, will now rejoin the Monday night comedy lineup at 9/8 p.m. CT beginning on Nov. 4, with repeats of "The Big Bang Theory" airing in the timeslot until then.
"2 Broke Girls," which has seen its ratings fall since its season premiere last month, will move to the post-"How I Met Your Mother" time slot that belonged to "We Are Men" at 8:30/7:30 p.m. CT starting next week. The final season of "HIMYM" has been the network's highest-rated program on Monday nights.
Chuck Lorre's newest sitcom "Mom" will continue to air at 9:30/8:30 p.m. CT, while struggling drama "Hostages" will remain at 10/9 p.m. CT.
“We Are Men” starred Tony Shalhoub, Jerry O’Connell, Kal Penn, Chris Smith and Rebecca Breeds. The critically-panned comedy lost a third or more of the audience from its "How I Met Your Mother" lead-in, drawing 5.4 million viewers and a 1.8 18-49 rating this week after premiering to 6.4 million viewers and a 2.0 rating in the 18-49 demo.
The series is the first comedy to be cancelled so far this season, and just the second cancellation overall following ABC's "Lucky 7," which was also axed after two episodes.
