This means being present for every moment we experience.  It means using this commodity to build momentum in our lives.  And, when we feel as though we have a need to do nothing, we must realize that this experience is the ultimate contribution time can give us.  There is no need to steal it.  It is our entitlement to have it.  In these moments of nothing, we must find ourselves; feel our hearts, allow our intuition to guide us and listen closely to the whispers from our higher selves.
