WAVH-FM (106.5) had planned on adding "The Laura Ingraham Show", a syndicated news and discussion program, and "Midday Mobile", a new local news and discussion program (to be hosted by Sean Sullivan, the director of operations for the station), to their weekday programming schedules by Monday, January 6th, since the syndicated news and discussion program formerly known as "The Mike Huckabee Show" would no longer be available for them to broadcast after Friday, January 3rd, due to the departure of its former host Mike Huckabee back on (Thursday) December 12th, 2013 (the station would broadcast "The Laura Ingraham Show" between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and "Midday Mobile" between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. They used to broadcast "The Mike Huckabee Show" during those time periods from Monday through Friday). They had also planned on removing "The Herman Cain Show", another syndicated news and discussion program, from their weekday programming schedule by January 6th and planned on using its former time period (9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.) for broadcasting segments for the first two hours of "The Laura Ingraham Show" (the station would still broadcast weekend editions of "The Herman Cain Show" on Saturdays between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.).
