Watertown mile long yard sale great for craft projects

No matter what kind of artist you may be; crafter, scrapbooker, painter, or alter artist, the mile long yard sale in Watertown is an event you don't want to miss.

Twice a year, the historic Watertown, TN hosts the largest yard sale/community event in Middle TN.  Main Street  in Watertown, along with Hwy 70 from Lebanon is lined with yard sales and various vendors, including local business establishments, food vendors, and games for the kids.  You can also ride the dinner train.

There are all kinds of treasures to be found at this event to be used in your projects, from old furniture or picture frames to be altered, to buttons and ribbon for your scrapbook pages.  You can also find used stamps, paper, and embellishments for your scrapbook pages.

The 2010 spring mile long yard sale will be held on April 17th, come early to make sure you get the good finds and be sure to wear comfortable shoes so you can browse all day. You can start browsing Friday evening as some vendors will set up early.

Jim's Antiques serves as the coordinator for the mile long yard sale.  If you would like to set up a booth, you can get an application off the Watertown website.
