WATER UNDER THE BRIDGE

In going over the content of most News Assignment Desk, I find it hard to believe that the "Not so old age Topic" of 'Housing Crisis' has lost it's momentum! Case in point;

a) if you visit the Superior Court of Los Angeles - Central District - you'll find that the majority of the cases being heard are that of under-employed and under-educated homeowner's or tenants expected to defend themselves in a 30 minute or less eviction hearing against either an educated Attorney or Lender/Investor. Good Luck homeowner's!

b) if you visit Norwalk's County Court House you'll find that the baulk of their weekly activity consist of foreclosure sales where homeowner's suffer the surprisingly fate of having their most prized possession sold by Servicer's of Lender's, who in the first place should have the homeowner's best interest, for penny's on the dollar's to those who look to make a buck off homeowner's tragedies,

c) if you visit a neighborhood in Los Angeles and knock on the average persons door you'll find that they or someone they know has lost a job, wages cut or hours shaved off because of business being slow.

d) if you contact any Lender/Broker Regulatory Agency, Attorney or even the Court regarding the "Not so old age Topic" of 'Housing Crisis, there's NO HELP!

Why is this?
Is the 'Housing Crisis' over?
Has the 'Housing Crisis' not had a large enough impact on Our Communities?
Is it the fault of the Homeowner's who refinanced and purchased homes they couldn't afford, and don't deserve any help?
Or is "Predatory Lending" just water under the 'bridge'?

You know millions of homeowner's are upside down in their homes! Foreclosure and eviction are at an all time high! Murder, Suicide and Divorce have not slowed! Sounds like we're having Our own kind of "Katrina" effect! With no help insight!

Look the point I'm trying to make is this: the average homeowner isn't smart enough to defend themselves in Court against Lenders/Brokers/Investors and their Attorney's, nor were these same homeowner's smart enough to defend themselves against these same Lenders/Brokers/Investors when they were placed in mortgages in which they had no ability to repay.

These Lenders/Brokers/Investors falsified employment, incomes and assets on the Uniform Residential Loan Application (which is supposed to be Bank fraud), gained the trust of the homeowner's and had them sign a couple different loan applications in order to process the loans, came back with a much larger payment than could be afforded by the homeowner and promised that they could refinance the loan in a few months so as to lower their payment to one they could afford. I've seen the loan applications of some of these homeowner's and the incomes were 500 to 600 percent of what they really earned!!! Do you think any part of the 'System' cares? They don't! Because I've showed them in Court many time!

These Lenders/Brokers/Investors walked away from the deals with millions knowing that the homeowner's would eventually lose their homes to foreclosure and not be able to defend themselves in Court!

WATER UNDER THE BRIDGE!

You want to talk about something? Lets talk about "JUSTICE" for the under-educated and under-employed homeowner's these Lenders/Brokers/Investors robbed, lets talk about under-educated and under-employed homeowner's trying to defend themselves in Court when they don't even know that this kind of Bank Fraud took place in their loan transactions, let's talk about what the 'Regulatory Agencies' say when homeowner's come to them with these kind of claims, lets talk about when the homeowner's go to their lender/broker/investor about these kinds of claims what happens, and lets talk about how long we should talk about all this!
