Water to Boost Immune System

Plenty have been written about water as vital to hydrate our organism and increase our metabolism. Few is published in regards to water as an immune booster. Scattered studies showing a positive impact of hydration in individuals affected by the HIV as well as other affected by the flu, show that there are even more reasons to include water in our daily regime.

Don’t like drinking water? Some advice to spruce water with lemon or have juice instead but in the end there’s no substitute for water. Think of it as medicine or doctor’s orders. Visualize it as a prescription that stated: “No less than eight ounces, six times per day”. That’s some pretty cheap medicine!

There is an issue though in regards to the content of fluoride in tap water and its relation to Alzheimer’s disease. Of course, the findings are not voiced by official government agencies, but you should consider acquiring a micro filter. One that would filter close to 0.2 micron, a simple carbonated filter won’t do.

Most diseases stem from a lack of proper oxygenation. Water provides an effective way not only to hydrate (hydrogen) but to oxygenate (oxygen) our body on a cellular level.

Water helps your body fight viruses more effectively. It promotes our body's ability to better respond during flu season as well as maintains our white blood cells functioning properly.

It is difficult to over hydrate. This is a study-created myth. As it is, most don’t drink enough water as it is, and whatever liquids we ingest, the body quickly metabolizes, especially water. It is safe to splurge, of course give it some natural time between water intakes.
