Hazardous Outlook: Possible Winter Storm Tuesday through Early Wednesday....

Winter Storm Watch North of I-70 for possible 4 to 8 inches of mostly heavy wet snow, South of I-70 between I-70 and I-35 amounts of 2 to 4 inches possible where a rain/snow mix will change to heavy wet snow by Tuesday evening, South of I-35 less than one inch expected as most areas will see rain with some light ice accumulations before precipitation ends. Stay tuned as the models continue to come into consensus, any slight adjustments North or South could significantly change totals.

Tonight 3/4 - Mostly cloudy, a slight of scattered snow shower late. Winds E 5 mph. Low 27. Chance of snow 20%.

Tuesday 3/5 - Cloudy, Snow becoming mixed with and changing to rain/sleet. Winds E 5 to 15 mph. High 39. Chance of precipitation 100%. Snowfall around a slushy half inch or less. Rainfall around a quarter of an inch. (All snow North of I-70 meaning accumulations of 2 to 4 inches there.)

Tues night 3/5 - Cloudy, rain/snow mix changing to snow by 8pm. Winds NE 5 to 15 mph, becoming N 10 to 20 mph. Low 28. Chance of snow 90%. Snowfall around 1 to 4 inches near I-35, 2 to 4 inches inches North of I-70.

Wednesday 3/6 - Mostly cloudy, scattered snow showers before 10 am then a chance of scattered snow showers until 5 pm. Breezy. Winds NW 10 to 20 mph, gusts to 25 mph. High 35. Chance of snow 50%. Snowfall around one inch or less.
