On last night's episode of "Watch What Happens: Live," host, Andy Cohen was in Austin, Texas at SXSW. As the show opened, WWE wrestler, John Cena gave Andy a pep talk to get him ready to come out to meet his guests.
Andy announced his guest, Sarah Silverman as; so smart, yet so filthy, yet so lovable, that she got his mother's "good for the Jews" seal of approval.
At the bar were three "Deadliest Catch" captains; Sig Hansen, Johnathan Hillstrand and Keith Colburn. Andy told fans that in honor of the captains, they would play a game called "Deadliest Crotch." Because they are at the SXSW, better known as South By Southwest music festival, their house band for the week was "The Mowgli's." Andy's drinking game of the night prodded fans of drinking age to take a sip wherever they heard the word crotch, in honor of Sarah.
Andy asked Sarah if she watches "Millionaire Matchmaker," that preceded his show on Tuesday nights, and asked Sarah if she would go on that show. She proceeded to tell Andy that a millionaire is nothing like it used to be. She mentioned that Mr. Howell of "Gilligan's Island," was a millionaire; unlike today's instant millionaires.
Andy opened the vault and showed pictures of Sarah as a young girl with her hairy father, one with her other sisters, one who became a rabbi, and a video clip of her singing on a Boston television show. They also showed her first appearance on "Saturday Night Live," where she announced the wedding of her sister. Andy asked Sarah to show him how she can tap dance.
Andy then showed her pictures of fellow celebrities and asked her to say the first thing that came to her mind. Adam Sandler, she gave a rousing and animated no. Chelsea Handler, she said balls. Jimmy Kimmel (her ex-boyfriend), she also said balls. Amy Poehler; delicious, Adam Carolla; hate him like a brother, Lisa Lampanelli; love her like a brother, Kathy Griffin; she's my bro, comedian Dane Cook; great on Louie and last was Carrot Top that she said was very nice.
A viewer asked how far would she draw the line in her comedy; she replied that she goes with the mind/body connection. Subsequently she said that if one does not think there is a mind/body connection; then why would you have diarrhea when you are nervous?
The next game was "Plead the Fifth." Andy asked questions of Sarah; name a celebrity who rubbed you the wrong way when you first met them. She pleaded the fifth to that one. Next, tell us one embarrassing thing about Jimmy Kimmel; she replied that he goes to the bathroom with his laptop and spends lots of time in there. Name a celebrity whom we would be surprised to learn that you hooked up with; a fellow comedian she lost her virginity to was Kevin Brennan.
They finally played the "Deadliest Crotch" where Andy and Sarah had to crush something with their crotch, and the captains were the judges of each round. First up, a package of hard taco shells, next was a dozen confetti eggs, and last a piñata; Sarah was declared the hands-down winner by the captains.
As the show ended, Andy and Sarah danced to the band who rocked it on "Watch What Happens: Live."
