Watch this: Video tidbits before Chinese Nationals

The Chinese Nationals, which begin tomorrow, are shaping up to be good.

Not only is pommel horse genius (and 2008 Olympic champion) Xiao Qin returning to competition, this just in: China has someone who can do two high difficulty vaults who isn't Cheng Fei (who is also back in training and, though she has put on a little weight and developed a more womanly figure, should be a force to be reckoned with sooner or later).

Anyway, without further ado, here's Li Yiting and her Rudi (with bounce out slightly reminiscent of Alicia Sacramone's), as well as her Tsuk double full (slightly reminiscent of Yelena Zamolodchikova's.)

In addition, there's He Kexin's new double twisting pirouette on uneven bars to look forward to. If performed well, the new skill would up her start value on bars to a whopping 7.6.

This should be a fun meet. Stay turned for more.
