AMC's “The Walking Dead” returned last night with its mid-season premiere, picking up right where the first half of season three left off. While 12 million viewers caught the premiere, many still missed it while others want to rewatch the episode since it has been a long two months since the last one aired, leaving them the Super Bowl, Christmas and New Year's to have to survive through. A few, legal ways exist to watch “The Walking Dead” midseason premiere entitled “The Suicide King.”
