Hartford, did you know that Amy Brenneman hails from Conneticut? She is a Golden Globe- and Emmy-nominated American actress, perhaps best known for her roles in the television series "NYPD Blue", "Judging Amy" and "Private Practice". She was born in New London, CT. Other famous actors from Connecticut include Ernest Borgnine, Christopher Lloyd, and Hartfordians "ER's" Eriq La Salle (nominated for a Golden Globe for "ER" in 1998), Will Friedle ("Boy Meets World"), Katharine Hepburn (nominated for Golden Globes in 1993, 1982, 1969, 1968,1963, 1960, 1957 and 1953), and Linda Evans (won a Golden Globe for "Dynasty" in 1982). Watch Janurary 15th on NBC at 8pm and see who will join Brenneman and Evans as Golden Globe winners.
