On Sept. 10, 2013, at 9 p.m., ET, President Obama will address the nation as he delivers a speech regarding Syria. Now that Russia has offered a resolution that involves the United Nation, many anticipate what President Obama will say and if he is still considering a military strike against the nation that allegedly used chemical weapons in the form of sarin gas against children.
The Obama Administration says they will review the agreement reported between the Russian Federation, Syria and the U.N. that would involve Syrian giving control of their chemical weapons to international forces, but the full details of the plan are not yet revealed. President Obama is expected to address the possible resolution as well as ways to hold Syria accountable for the killing of innocent citizens.
President Obama is expected to address plans with British Prime Minister David Cameron and French President Francois Hollande as they determine the methods used to successfully implement the terms of the Russian agreement, if it is truly possible.
