News' Giuliana Rancic, the pageant celebrates its 60th anniversary as 51 contestants hope to win the crown that is currently held by Miss USA 2010 Rima Fakih. The 2011 Miss USA pageant comes to you from the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas and for the first time fans at home will be able to virtually judge the pageant from the comfort of their home.
Using the web application available at www.nbc.com/missusa, viewers can use iPowow's Live-and-in-the-Now real time system from their smartphone, tablet or PC to rank contestants during the live pageant. They will also be able to share their responses on Twitter and Facebook.
The virtual judging is all for fun, of course. The show's celebrity judges will ultimately decide who will be crowned the next Miss USA. This year’s panel of judges includes 'Real Housewives of NJ' housewife Caroline Manzo, OPI beauty products founder Suzi Weiss-Fishhmann, Dallas Maverick center Tyson Chandler, chef Rocco DiSpirito, actress Mariel Hemingway, magician Penn Jillette, and rapper and producer Lil Jon.
