Meb Keflezighi, 36, the 2004 Olympic marathon silver medalist who set a personal record in the event with a sixth-place finish in the New York City Marathon just 69 days ago, did it again Saturday. The Eritrea-born Keflezighi held off favored Ryan Hall by 22 seconds to win the race amid cool, clear, basically perfect marathon weather.
