Lindsay Lohan is set to be charged with felony grand theft in L.A. Wednesday afternoon and TMZ will be livestreaming the hearing online.

The arraignment is set for 1:30PM PT. Initial documents indicate that prosecutors will set Lindsay Lohan's bail at $20,000. The 'Mean Girls' actress could face up to a year in prison.

Lohan's most recent legal trouble stems from a January 22nd incident in which the actress is accused of walking out of a Venice Beach jewelry store with a $2500 necklace.

Lohan has denied the charges and told friends that she plans to plead not guilty.
