The video starts with a blonde hair woman at the back of a car being approached by cops and then fades into scenes of the man and woman’s relationship. The date that started off as trespassing ended with the couple enjoying the arrest as they were arrested together, leading to love. The video captures every moment of each lyric.

The video, directed by John Urbano, explores the deepness of love shared by the couple. Urban explained during a making of the video was both a challenge and easy at the same time. The “American Idol” judge said:

“There are certain songs that are written sort of visually that you can sort of se this whole unfolding. So for me, shooting the video, the challenge for the video was really like anything where people have their own idea of what all this is visually and now we’ve got to actually give it a look. But at the same time it was incredibly easy to shoot the video. Because it’s just…there it is.”

The video gives a greater appreciation for Keith Urban’s performance at the Grammys. Seeing the story unfold gives a deeper meaning to the lyrical emotion explored.
