In November 2010, a cartel “sicario” (hitman) sat down for an interview with an Al Jazeera reporter, under the condition that he will not reveal the organization for which he is contracted to kill. He claims to have been spent the last 11 years as an assassin.
With a .50 caliber Desert Eagle piston on his lap, he told reporter Mariana Sanchez: “My boss told me to come and talk to you.”
Though he initially asked Sanchez to call him “George,” he eventually let slip his nickname, “Diablillo” (Little Devil).
