Watch as Justin Bieber screams at photographer: 'I'll beat the f*ck out of you'

Justin Bieber is clearly feeling better, after a collapse backstage on Thursday night. That being said, he also clearly isn't following the recommendations -- or orders / requests -- from his record label, as on Friday, he got into a huge public fight with a photographer.

Now out of the hospital, Bieber is also out of his hotel. When leaving the Central Hotel in London on Friday, he rushed to his SUV. In doing so, he made contact with a paparazzo.

The photographer was upset by the contact, and immediately claimed he was assaulted. He began to curse at Bieber, who was already inside his waiting SUV. That might have been somewhat hyperbolic, but at any rate, it happened.

Not only that, despite being in the car, Bieber apparently heard the photographer's verbal insults, such as "F*ck off back to America", "f*cking little moron"), and with that, he sprung out of the SUV. Opening his door, he can be seen bursting out of the SUV, and trying to attack the photographer.

Those who recall the old "People's Court" show might recall the oft-said statement from Judge Wapner, which (paraphrased) was basically that verbal abuse wasn't a good excuse for a physical attack. In other words, if Bieber had succeeded in reaching the paparazzo, he could have been jailed, or subject to a civil suit. In addition, if the paparazzo responded in any way, it would have been self-defense.

Fortunately, the U.K. isn't Florida, so there isn't a "Stand Your Ground" law.

At any rate, Bieber's bodyguard held him back. In the embedded video, the singer can be heard shouting "What the f*ck you say?"

The paparazzo retorted, "You heard what I said ... you heard what I f*cking said, mate."

Bieber replied, "I'll f*cking beat the f*ck out of you." He continued to try to reach the photographer, but Bieber's own people the pop star away from his target. Eventually, they managed to push him back inside the SUV. Bieber, the car, and his team left the scene without further ado.

Bieber later tweeted about the incident. Across several posts, he wrote:

Ahhhhh! Rough morning. Trying to feel better for this show tonight but let the paps get the best of me.

Sometimes when people r shoving cameras in your face all day and yelling the worst thing possible at u...well I'm human. Rough week

Not gonna let them get the best of me again. Gonna get focused on this show tonight. Adrenaline is high now. Gonna put it on the stage

Only way someone can break u is if u let them.

Earlier in the week, Bieber was warned about his recent behavior via a 20-minute Skype chat with his record label bosses at Universal. He was told to back off on partying so much and to "stay in more."

It is unclear how they will react to the latest news.
