Tomorrow is Washington State Humane Lobby day!
Washington's animal advocates will fill the halls of the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services in Olympia tomorrow for Humane Lobby Day 2014.
Humane Lobby Day is a one-day event where you can meet with your elected officials and their staff about animal protection issues in Washington. Participating in Lobby Day is critical because legislators are most motivated when their constituents take time to meet face-to-face.
Humane Lobby Days are sponsored by the Humane Society of the United States. Citizen animal advocates gather to learn and practice lobbying for animal protection laws at the state level. Learn more about them here.
If you are attending Humane Lobby Day tomorrow, please note the event address has been corrected.
ATTENTION HUMANE LOBBY DAY ATTENDEES:
The address listed for the event is incorrect. Lobby Day will be held in same location as last several years at 210 11th Ave. SW on north end of Capitol Campus.
Updates about Humane Lobby Day will be posted as they occur.
