On Saturday morning, Mandy, the flat-coated retriever who disappeared after a terrible car accident, was found.
According to the Kirkland Patch, local residents in Kirkland, Wash., discovered Mandy not far from where the car accident happened back on Jan. 11. Thankfully, despite being on the run for weeks, Mandy appears to be in good condition.
Shortly after she was spotted, she was reunited with her elderly owner, Earl. Those involved with the search report that Mandy walked right up to her guardian as soon as she saw him.
By all accounts, the pair were thrilled to be together again.
Since her discovery, well wishes and celebratory posts have been pouring in to the Facebook page established to help find Mandy.
