Tonight: A slight chance of a thundershower, then mostly cloudy overnight with a low in the lower 70s.

Tuesday: Hot and humid with a chance of an afternoon or evening thunderstorm. The high will be near 90.

Tuesday Night: Showers and thunderstorms, then cloudy overnight. The low will be in the upper 60s.

Wednesday: Becoming mostly sunny and warm, but not as humid. The high will be in the mid to upper 80s.

The extended outlook calls for mostly sunny and warm conditions on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday with lows in the mid to upper 60s and highs in the mid 80s.

Weather Summary

High pressure will produce warm and humid conditions in the Middle Atlantic region through Tuesday. A cold front will move across the state on Tuesday evening, with showers and thunderstorms likely Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday night. In the wake of the cold front, slightly cooler and less humid air will overspread the region on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with daytime highs in the 80s.
