Sunday: Clouds and sun with isolated rain showers. A thundershower is possible. Warmer with a high in the lower 70s.
The extended forecast calls for a sunny sky on Monday with a low in the mid to upper 40s and a high in the mid 60s. Clouds and sun on Tuesday with scattered rain showers. The low will be in the upper 40s and the high will be in the mid 60s. Mostly sunny on Wednesday with a low in the upper 40s to lower 50s and a high in the mid to upper 60s. Clouds and sun on Thursday with a thundershower possible. The low will be in the mid to upper 50s and the high will be in the upper 70s.
Temperatures on this Friday evening range from the mid 50s to around 60 degrees. The sky will remain mostly clear overnight as thermometer readings fall back through the 50s. After a sunny start to the day on Saturday, a cold front will move from west to east across the region and produce afternoon clouds along with scattered rain showers. A rumble or two of thunder cannot be ruled out. Highs will reach the mid 60s. Another front will cross the area on Sunday. A southerly flow developing ahead of the front will enable temperatures to climb into the 70s on Sunday, but the frontal passage will be accompanied by showers and possibly a thundershower. Looking ahead to next week, unsettled weather can be expected on Monday and Tuesday with a few rain showers; however, some sunshine is likely each day. Highs will be in the 60s.
