This afternoon: Hazy, hot, and humid with afternoon thunderstorms. The high will be around 90.
Tonight: Evening showers and thunderstorms, then mostly cloudy overnight. The low will be near 70.
Wednesday: Becoming mostly sunny during the day. Very warm, but less humid. The high will be in the mid 80s.

The extended forecast calls for a mostly sunny sky on Friday with a low around 60 and a high in the upper 70s. Mostly sunny on Saturday and Sunday with a low in the upper 50s to lower 60s and a high in the lower 80s. Clouds and sun on Monday with a few afternoon thunderstorms. The low will be in the mid 60s and the high will be in the mid 80s.
Hot and humid conditions can be expected through the afternoon hours as a southerly flow develops ahead of an advancing cold front. As the front moves closer to Baltimore and Washington, scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected. A few showers and storms may persist into the evening hours, followed by a mostly cloudy sky overnight. In the wake of the cold front, winds will shift to the northwest on Wednesday and bright sunshine is expected with highs in the lower to middle 80s. Yet another cold front is expected to impact the area by Thursday with showers and thunderstorms. Looking ahead, the period Friday through Sunday looks sunny and seasonably warm with tolerable levels of humidity. Low will be in the 60s and highs in the lower 80s.
