Weather Summary

The weather over the past couple of days has been warm and humid with veiled sunshine as cloudiness persists due to a stationary front that is hovering over the Middle Atlantic states. Some locations have experienced thunderstorms with heavy downpours, whereas other spots have not received a drop of rain. This front will continue to impact the region on Friday with warm and humid conditions along with scattered thundershowers. The stationary front will be pushed to the south over the weekend and into next week as high pressure builds down from New England. This will result in increasing sunshine, slightly cooler temperatures, and lower humidity.
