A cold front will move from west to east across the region today and produce more cloudiness along with a chance of a few rain showers. Warm air rushing northward in advance of the frontal passage will allow temperatures to rise into the upper 60s to lower 70s during the afternoon. As the front moves through the region, clouds and showers will become more widespread. An isolated thundershower is possible, but no severe weather is expected. As the front clears the area on Wednesday, sunshine will return cooler temperatures and breezy conditions as cooler and drier air moves in from the northwest. Highs on Wednesday will be about 10 degrees cooler than Tuesday's highs with afternoon readings only in the lower 60s. A sunny and seasonable day is expected on Thursday with lows in the 40s and highs in the 60s.
