Weather Summary

High pressure building down from New England provided Baltimore and Washington with spectacular weather today with plenty of sunshine, fresh breezes, and highs in the mid to upper 70s. This high will be the main weather feature throughout the rest of the weekend and will result in plenty of sunshine and pleasant temperatures. Lows on Sunday will dip into the 50s with daytime highs in the mid to upper 70s. As we move into next week, the high will move to our south and the flow of air will become warmer and more humid. A cold front is expected to move from west to east across the area on Tuesday and again on Thursday, keeping the chances of thunderstorms in the forecast.
