Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith have been dating since last June when they met just one day after the "Teen Mom 2" star aborted her and her husband Courtland's baby. Right away, they hit it off and just days after meeting, moved in together.
Everything seemed to be happening way too fast, but Jenelle, who is admittedly co-dependent, didn't seem to notice. Instead, she professed of how amazing her new boyfriend was. She even claimed he played college football and was a model, but those claims were eventually proved untrue.
Still, Jenelle continued to speak highly of her man and bragged about how they never, ever fought. Even after Jenelle was arrested after a fight between her and Nathan became heated, she said they were a perfect match.
Amid everything, an odd rumor surfaced which claimed Nathan was actually hired by MTV to be Jenelle's boyfriend.
According to a March 11 report by Cambio, many have felt that Nathan "might just be too good to be true," and that he could have been hired by the network to help Jenelle revamp her bad girl imagine. While stranger things have certainly happened when it comes to reality TV, this doesn't appear to make much sense.
After all, Nathan doesn't have custody of his child, he doesn't have his license, and he is also reportedly out of work, so saying that he is "too good to be true" is simply outlandish. Jenelle could find a guy like this anywhere.
Futhermore, if MTV was going to hire someone to improve Jenelle's image, they'd surely want someone who had a stable job, an education, and definitely someone with custody of their child.
