Warm up by learning to cook Tex-Mex soups

Did the recent cold snap leave you craving soup? Instead of reaching for a can from your cupboard, learn to make your own hearty Tex-Mex soups at Sylvia's Enchilada Kitchen's next cooking class.

The class starts at 2 pm on February 8, 2014, and runs until 5 pm at the Woodway location. You can get learn how to cook up several soups including fideo soup, caldo de res, caldo de pollo, charro beans and corn tortillas. The $55 fee covers the cost of a meal with dessert served during the class. The last day to sign up for this class is February 6, 2014, so don't delay.

Don't worry if you miss this cooking class on Tex-Mex soups. You will have several more opportunities to learn fabulous Tex-Mex dishes during the subsequent cooking classes held at Sylvia's Enchilada Kitchen's Woodway location.
