Miami Valley , Whitewater Valley, and the I-71 corridor of Ohio/Indiana:
A round of showers and a few storms will move through tonight with a disturbance aloft. This will move out of the area by late tomorrow keeping a few showers and storms in the forecast though tomorrow. Things dry out and cool down tomorrow night as a front settles and stalls near the Ohio River. This same front will lift North putting the area back into an unstable air mass during the day Wednesday. This will set the stage for a potential Derecho. This is a large complex of storms that arrives late day and early night with very strong winds, large hail, and heavy rains. These types of complexes can cause significant wind damage across large regions. They are also know to produce a few tornadoes on their Southern flank. Cool air rushes in behind Wednesday's system bringing pleasant sunny weather through the early part of the weekend. Another system brings more scattered showers and storms Sunday and Sunday night before more cool air returns.
