Jay Z took the pledge to go plant-based with an announcement.
"On December 3rd, one day before my 44th birthday I will embark on a 22 Days challenge to go completely vegan, or as I prefer to call it, plant-based!!" he posted to his site. And he noted that Beyonce is joining him. (You can try out their favorite kale recipe by clicking here.)
