But that’s not all they also dole out advice regarding employers who won’t look at the actual Social Security card and where to buy a fake one in Los Angeles.
Now that the DREAM Act is dead, those in the country illegally are busy assisting others with the do’s and don’ts of job hunting without a real Social Security card.

If you have a SSN, even if it says "not valid for work", just simply transfer that number to clean card. You just need to know the right people to get a clean card. Besides that, you can just simply show your high school ID or passport, as a second ID. But, make your passport as the very last option.
Second: stay away from large chain-stores. Usually those stores follow a stricter hiring procedure in hiring people, they literally do background checks on you before hiring you. Try to find a place that is privately owned, like restaurants, family- run businesses; they are usually lenient in hiring people.
Also, try to stay away from places that have lots of immigrant (illegal) workers. Usually there's snitches around that hate on immigrants and just call ICE to raid the place.

I actually did that. I got a fake SS card, put the real number on it without that "not valid for employment" and since then, I've been showing that around. Most places just hired me instantly without any questions.

I hope that US citizens stay on top of these issues because the Dream Act supporters won't give it up. I'd like to see more concern about our US citizen children and their futures.
Colleges are packed full and the job market is very tough. Illegal immigrants seem to miss the point that they aren't just asking for a few jobs or a few college spots. The number of current illegal aliens is sufficient to take ALL available jobs for young people and college spots. It is grossly unfair to US citizens. I am also tired of hearing about the US employer being to blame. Illegal aliens have to accept responsibility for their predicament after lying and misleading employers all in the name of "wanting a better life". What is so noble about that? I might want my neighbors' "better car" but I can't just steal it.
I am very upset to read Obama saying "these are our kids" when he expresses his disappointment over the failure of the Dream Act. I tend to think of my own kids and the kids of other US citizens as "our kids".
Obama sometimes seems to be more the president of the illegal aliens than of American citizens. His not attending elementary and middle school in the US may be what makes it hard for him to viscerally feel what is to be an "American".
If you really were a concerned citizen parent and are worried about the jobs, trust me I am worried sick too, I suggest you start by standing up to the corrupt system we have going on. I mean, the republicans DEMANDING that all RICH people also get a tax break (taxes are good for creating jobs by the way) or no one else get it???!!! Is that insane or what??? Second you are absolutely correct in stating that we cannot deport all of them; but the only reason we couldn't deport all of the would be because many of them have LEGALIZED relatives that aid, abet and harbor their illegal alien ilk.

Well, I'm liberal. Looking this from the conservative point of view, the most effective way to get the illegal aliens to leave would be to make their lives miserable, as you said. They'd leave eventually.
I support the Dream Act, but not any sort of amnesty, or law benefiting their parents. Their parents put them in this situation in the first place, so why should they get rewarded? Allow those children with over a thousand hours of community service and outstanding grades to stay. But certainly not the whole lot of 'em.

Here's hoping they don't have it cleaned up before you do. They are already discussing doing that. They are also discussing moving their criminal activities behind the scenes and making the board inaccessible to the general public for viewing purposes. The discussion of their criminal activities have been going on in plain view for almost a decade. I sent links to several of their threads to Durbins' office, they simply ignored them, as exhibited by all of the weeping and wailing they exhibited on CSPAN while begging and pleading the case for citizenship for these criminals.

I visited DAP and they only have 8,231 members register on their forums. I believed it has been mention that there is around 900k-800k illegal aliens that would have benefit from the Dream Act. So we are judging an average of 900k people out of 8k which a handful have posted about getting a fake SSN?
I agree it is wrong. It is as wrong as our young American teenagers to get fake ids to enter night clubs, buy cigarettes or alcohol. The only difference is that the illegal immigrants are doing it to get jobs and contribute to the work force.
Oh right they are taking American's jobs!! If you are unemployed I would recommend you visit http://takeourjobs.org/ but I doubt many, if any at all fill out an application. That's hard work and the paid is terrible. Since 90% of our American people are doctors, nurses, engineers, or have a four year degree of any type we don't need people with college degrees. HA!

The one thing that sadness me is that every day us Americans grow more ignorant than the generation before us. People typing about Immigration laws is hysterical. We haven't had an Immigration reform in years while other countries like Canada, Australia, etc have had one 2-3 years ago. Our Immigration laws are flawed, they are broken. People end up "out of status" sometimes with out even knowing it because they are so complex. So complex that even Immigration lawyers don't understand them or find out they have no solution for the client's issue.
The Dream Act was a brain filter but no one saw that or wanted to understand it that way. A brain filter is what would be the opposite of a brain sink. The ones that have a bachelors or masters or even a doctorate will be leaving our country. Yay! Good riddance!!! We don't need them we have plenty of competitive young Americans. HA!
While in Canada our dearest neighbor give foreign students work permits and in some cases permanent residency if they fill the requirements for their workforce.
So, yes we don't need these people where some are from Mexico but not all of them I guess that's why they called them Hispanics or Latinos since they are from our countries like Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Peru, Chile, etc. but I wouldn't expected the average American to list me a couple of Spanish speaking countries since many might have skipped Geography class to go smoke pot during high school.

Yeah, I agree we don't this immigration!!! We want the Cubans or the Nicaraguans that come to our country with out a high school diploma just because we our the powerful US and we can help the weak under oppressed governments with open arms. While these people bleed our tax payers ripping off Medicare with fraudulent process or once they get their foot in they receive food stamps and any other public benefit you can imagine.
Immigration isn't a problem we are going to fix over night and closing the borders won't help either. Deporting 11 million illegal immigrants will not help either as ICE has stated it costs 20k-30k I believe to deport someone from the US.
What we need to do is stop pointing fingers and our politics forget they belong to a party and sit down and write a comprehensive Immigration reform that will fix its currents problems and possible future ones. Closing gaps where people are in and endless limbo of no status with flexibility and control for a solid Immigration plan where there are no gray spots.
It is time for a real change lets make it happen America!
