Wanna know what happens on the next three episodes of 'The Office'? Sure you do

"The Office" has been odd this season, and now it's almost over: but how's it gonna end?

"The Office" has been all over the map this season, offering up some of the highest highs and the lowest lows that we've ever seen from the series (we're still reeling from that bizarre, angrily unfunny and bitter episode a few weeks back), and now the season's coming to an end.  The Comedy Examiner's got details on how the season wraps up the year-- wanna know what they are?  Read on for all the news that's fit to print, my gentle Examiner readers...

When this is all said and done, this season of "The Office" may end up being the first that we don't bother going out and purchasing on BluRay/DVD when it arrives in stores: the season's been a bit of a mess.  We love "The Office" with all of our black heart, but, come on: we've seen some strange business at Dunder Mifflin this year, and that's putting it mildly.

Now that the year is coming to a close (we've been informed that these aren't the last episodes of the season as previously thought, but rather for the year; our bad!), we're wondering how the writers are going to wrap things up.  If you are, too, check out this rundown of the final three episodes of the year from our friends over at Ain't It Cool News:

Tonight:

6.11 “Shareholder Meeting.”
Written by Justin Spitzer.
Michael gets excited when he’s invited by David Wallace to be honored on stage at the Dunder Mifflin shareholder meeting in New York, and he brings Andy, Dwight and Oscar along for the ride. Meanwhile, Jim has a hard time getting Ryan to do work.

Dec. 3:

6.12 “Scott’s Tots.”
Written by Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky.
Michael is forced to face the music after he realizes he can’t keep a promise he made to a group of kids 10 years ago. Meanwhile, Jim starts an employee of the month program to increase employee morale.

Dec. 10:

6.13 “Secret Santa.”
Written by Mindy Kaling.
Michael is outraged when Jim allows Phyllis to be Santa at the office Christmas party. Jim and Dwight try to get everyone into the holiday spirit despite the uncertainty with Dunder Mifflin. Meanwhile, Oscar has a secret crush.

So, that's where we're headed, folks.  Again: sorry for the confusion, guys, but this is not the listing for the final three episodes of "The Office", just for the ones airing in 2009.  Miscommunication took place with our source, sorry.  We now redirect you to your regularly scheduled article.

As per usual, we're expecting some sort of cliffhanger/major development by the time the season wraps (Pam giving birth, perhaps? Or would it be too soon for that?), so stay tuned to the Comedy Examiner's Office for more details on where this season of "The Office" is headed.  You can also check out some of our other recent articles below, none of which have anything to do with "The Office", but all of which are great time-killers for while your'e supposedly being productive at work:

"David Letterman to "Twilight: New Moon" star Robert Pattinson: Bite me (with video)"-- in which we continue "Unofficial Twilight: New Moon Day" here at the Comedy Examiner's Office by taking a look at yet another funny "Twilight"-related video.

"Snarky critics taking funny jabs at "Twilight: New Moon" in their reviews (with video)"-- in which we continue "Twilight: New Moon" Day here at the Comedy Examiner's Office with some funny, sarcastic reviews from critics who've just been exposed to "New Moon".

"Conan O'Brien takes on "Twilight" with hilarious results (with shirtless video)"-- in which we look at yet another "Twilight" parody, this one from Conan O'Brien's "The Tonight Show".  Click the link, watch the clip!  It's funny, we swear.

"FORBES names Will Ferrell, Eddie Murphy two of "the most overpaid actors" in Hollywood"-- in which we look at the Forbes list (should that be all-capitals?) that named two down and out comics on their "most overpaid" list.  You mean "Meet Dave" and "Land of The Lost" weren't hits?  What?!

What are you talking about? The season doesn't end until May.

Yeah, looks like I've misunderstood the source material I was given. My bad: mistake on my part. Fixed it accordingly with an episode update. Thanks for pointing that out, Brett.

    Cheers,
