Walt Disney World launches two new ‘The Ultimate Day’ VIP tours, one focused on thrills and the other suitable for families with young children.

Walt Disney World has introduced two new VIP tours for its guests. Billed “The Ultimate Day” one tour is aimed at thrill-seekers and the other at families with young children. Such tours offer a guided experience of the theme parks, featuring

According to the Disney Parks Blog, “The Ultimate Day” tours feature visiting three of Disney’s theme parks – Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom – with special access to a minimum of 10 attractions across these parks. Tours include lunch, transportation, and of course a VIP tour guide

The Ultimate Day of Thrills – A VIP Tour Experience will include visits to several of Walt Disney World’s most popular attractions, with an emphasis on the resort’s coasters and mountains. The attraction itinerary begins in Magic Kingdom, with guests experiencing Big Thunder Mountain, Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, Haunted Mansion, and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. After lunch, the tours goes to Disney’s Hollywood Studios for Toy Story Mania! Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, Tower of Terror and Star Tours. At Disney’s Animal Kingdom the tours includes Expedition Everest and Dinosaur!

The Ultimate Day for Young Families – A VIP Tour Experience is geared toward families with children ages 10 and under. The full-day itinerary includes Magic Kingdom’s Magic Carpets of Aladdin, it's a small world, Peter Pan's Flight, Under the Sea ~ Journey of the Little Mermaid, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Barnstormer, Tomorrowland Speedway, and Buzz Lightyear. After lunch, the tour moves to Disney’s Hollywood Studios for Disney Junior Live on Stage! and a ride on Toy Story Mania! Disney’s Animal Kingdom, the last park visited, includes a performance of Festival of the Lion King and a ride on the Kilimanjaro Safaris.

The VIP tours are full-day affairs, lasting six to seven hours each, and beginning at Magic Kingdom at 8:15 a.m. Both tours include a meal at a Disney table-service restaurant. Guests must be 48” or taller to participate in some of the attractions listed for The Ultimate Day of Thrills tour.

The Ultimate Day of Thrills – A VIP Tour Experience and The Ultimate Day for Young Families – A VIP Tour Experience are now available for booking. These tours are offered Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays and cost $299 per person, plus tax, for guests 3 years and older. Park admission is also required, and not included in the price; guests must have a Magic Your Way park hopper ticket or pass. There is a 15% discount available for Disney Vacation Club Members, Disney VISA cardholders and Annual Passholders.

Walt Disney World recommends booking VIP tours at least 72 hours in advance, and reservations may be made up to 180 days in advance. Reservations may be made by calling 407-WDW-TOUR (939-8687).
