Walmart is slashing prices on the new iPhone 5s and 5c in some fantastic deals, according to a March 5 report in CNN Money.

The iPhone 5s and the iPhone 5c are the newest versions of Apple's iconic smartphone.

So, if you're looking to get a great deal on the latest Apple smartphone, check out these deals that Walmart is offering for the next 30 days:

  • iPhone 5s (16 GB) is now just $119.00. This deal slashes $26.00 off Walmart's regular price and a whopping $80.00 off the base price. The iPhone 5s is the premier Apple iPhone and sports the fingerprint sensor.

  • iPhone 5c (16 GB) is now only $29.00. This cool deal slashes $16.00 from Walmart's recent price and cuts $70.00 off the base price. This iPhone is known for its colorful design.

These deals at Walmart undercut Best Buy iPhone offers once again. Best Buy is offering the iPhone 5s for $150.00 and the iPhone 5c for $50.00.

If Android is your cup of tea, you'll find some great deals on Samsung Android smartphones at Walmart that rival the Apple iPhone deals above.

From March 9 to March 22, shoppers can get a $50.00 Walmart gift card with the purchase of any Samsung phone (like a Galaxy S4). What's more, you can trade in your current phone to pay for your new Android smartphone, and Walmart will give you a gift card if there's a balance.

The new Galaxy S5 hits stores in April and there are rumors that the new iPhone will be announced sometime this fall. But whether you wait for these events and pay full price or grab one of these great deals on Android, iPhone 5s and 5c prices that Walmart is slashing, you'll still get an awesome phone.
