Walmart sales 50% off on movies: Black Swan, The Fighter, The King’s Speech

Walmart is offering a great deal on blockbuster and Oscar winning movies such as Black Swan, The Fighter (Blu-Ray and standard DVD), The Tourist,  Hereafter and Academy Award winner The King’s Speech.  Right now, you can preorder the movies from Walmart and have them sent to your home for free,  or site to store (free shipping to the store of your choice where you can pick up your movies).  The movies, if you preorder now, will be half price for a savings of exactly 50% off.

The Fighter is available for order now for either site to store or shipping to home.  Named one of the best films of 2010, The Fighter features Mark Wahlberg, Christian Bale, Amy Adams and Academy Award winner Melissa Leo who won a slew of awards for her performance.

Colin Firth won Best Actor for his performance in The King’s Speech which also won the Oscar for Best Picture, Best Screenplay and Best Director.  Additionally, The King’s Speech won seven British Academy Film Awards, a Golden Globe, two SAG Awards, the People’s Choice Award, Best British Independent Film, and more.

The Tourist features Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp in what was meant to be a romantic thriller.  There was a bit of controversy surrounding the film as it has been deemed a comedy instead of a thriller.  Still, the film was nominated for three Golden Globes in the best musical or comedy category, and Johnny Depp was nominated for best actor in a musical comedy and likewise, Angelina Jolie was nominated for best actress in a musical or comedy.  Though the genre changed, many argue that the film is worth watching simply because it pairs Johnny Depp with Angelina Jolie.  The Tourist is on sale for 41% off and is available for preorder.
