Sony Computer Entertainment shipped more than a million units of the PS4 during the North American launch. Despite ample supply, the next-generation system quickly sold out, reportedly making the product the fastest selling gaming hardware in history. When combined with other regions, the PS4 has sold 2.1 million units so far as of Dec. 1.
Due to the overwhelming demand, many shoppers have a hard time finding the latest Playstation system, which has an official price tag of $399.99. The latest restock may be the best chance to acquire the product before Christmas.
