A layaway account can be opened in any Walmart Supercenter or Walmart store. Just stop by the Walmart.com Services Desk. After a layaway account is opened fpr 2013, customers can make regular payments at any register in that particular store between Sept. 13 and Dec. 13, 2013.
Other potential layaway items include jewelry, small appliances and various sporting goods. Also added for 2013 are infant toys and automotive electronics like speakers and in-car stereos.
Layaway is a viable option for those looking to buy gadgets and high tech toys this holiday season.
