VIP for a cause

The special evening kicked off with a private VIP reception on the mezzanine with passed hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. Wall Street Rocks co-founders Leslie Kirby, James Macedonio, George Chrisafis and Peter Carrara greeted guests including Stephen Baldwin, Mike Piazza, Madame Mayhem, Billy Morrissey, Bands For Arms founder and US Navy Sailor Nick Mendoza, ReserveAid’s Founder Lucas Detor, Operation Finally Home’s Director of Marketing Daniel Vargas and U.S. Army Staff Sgt. A night of tunes: new and old

When it was time to rock, Wall Street Rocks’ co-founder Peter Carrara took to the stage for an opening set with his band The Darrens. Big Dog Party followed with Ken Higgins, Felix Partow, Buzz Moshetti and singer Lauren Geber belting out hit after hit. Riffhanger’s Tony Conklin, Gus Garces, John “JW” Watson and Jeff Carroll performed a hard rock set next and for the grand finale, 90s rocker Mark McGrath of Sugar Ray played an hour long set of old hits and new numbers that had the audience jumping.

Wall Street rocks!

This year's fundraising efforts kicked off with two sold-out rounds of competition at The Cutting Room in New York City in July and September. Wall Street Rocks is a collaboration of employees in the financial, technology and entertainment industries, who are passionate about giving support to victims of hurricane Sandy, heroic Americans who serve our nation, including military veterans and first responders.
