'Walking Dead' spoilers: What does "Suicide King" mean?

The mid season break is finally over and fans are ecstatic that "Walking Dead" will be returning to AMC. On Feb. 3 Wetpaint released spoilers for the returning episode titled, "Suicide Kings". While the title sounds intriguing, most people have no idea what it means. For those that have no idea, a suicide king usually refers to the King of Hearts in a deck of cards because he wields a knife.

Many fans wonder if the title has something to do with Rick's weakened state of mind. In the first half of the season, Rick lost his wife during childbirth and then had to deal with his son being the one to shoot her before she turned into a zombie. Rick started hearing things and thought he was talking to Lori over the phone which fans found out didn't really ring at all.

Once Rick entered Woodbury to retrieve his people and take down The Governor, he had a flashback of his ex-friend and group mate Shane. Team Prison is beginning to wonder whether or not Rick is up to the challenge of leading the group any longer. Spoilers also allude to Rick having another vision in the upcoming episode that scares him, but what is he envisioning?
