'Walking Dead' spoilers for season 3, episode 15: The loss of major characters

On March 14, Wet Paint published "The Walking Dead" spoilers for season 3, episode 15. The episode, which is titled "This Sorrowful Life," is one of Andrew Lincoln's favorites and he said that it is "epic."

Lincoln told MTV that the last few episodes of the season are emotional and revealed that not everyone will get out alive. Since the actor said the episode will be epic and incredibly emotional, the people who die must be in Rick's group. Why else would it be emotional?

A clue is in the official synopsis, which says that in order to have a truce with the Governor, a sacrifice must be made. Fans remember in the last episode how the Governor promised to leave them alone if they turned over Michonne. But other spoilers have indicated that Rick will be torn whether to give her to the Governor or to start a war.

The title of the episode may hold a few clues. "This Sorrowful Life" means that there will be great sadness. The fact that a sacrifice will have to be made to have peace has fans speculating on what exactly that sacrifice will be. It is doubtful that Rick will turn over Michonne. So, could the sacrifice be giving up the prison and moving on? Will they engage in battle and lose several members of the group? What other sacrifices could be made?

Sources say that two major characters will die by the end of the season, including the loss of someone in "This Sorrowful Life." They say that the death will have an agonizing and emotional impact on the group. Who could die that would cause such emotional turmoil? While it would be sad to lose any member of the group, it would have to be somebody really special. Perhaps it is baby Judith? If that were to happen, it would devastate the group and may make it hard for them to move on. She has provided hope and joy in a world of the dead. The group has bonded with her and it would simply be cruel to kill her off.
