'Walking Dead' recap: 'The Suicide King' reveals the extent of Rick's madness (Video)

On the Feb. 10 episode of "The Walking Dead," viewers got a glimpse into Rick's mental state and the results were not good.

The episode, which was titled, "The Suicide King," revealed just how troubled Rick is. This was highlighted towards the end when he saw a figure in a white gown, a woman that nobody else seemed to notice. While her face was not visible, it seemed to resemble Lori. He went into a panic and started to scream and lunge around the room, terrifying the newcomers.

While it is apparent that everything that has happened has affected Rick deeply, perhaps even causing PTSD, nobody could have predicted that he would completely lose it in "The Suicide King." Viewers of "The Walking Dead" thought that he might be a tad unstable after his hallucinations of Lori calling him, but nothing like this.

It seems that when Rick was being pressured to let Tyrese's group in as well as dealing with Merle's obnoxiousness, Daryl leaving them and an anticipated assault on the prison, was just too much. Will this be temporary or will Rick's fractured mental state be permanent?

What did you think of "The Suicide King?" Do you think that Rick's madness is temporary or is the mental state of "The Walking Dead" character is just too shattered?
