'Walking Dead' creator Robert Kirkman answers question about zombie animals

Many fans of "Walking Dead" have always wondered why there are never any zombie animals on the show, especially after last week's episode when Morgan left rabbits and rats in cages to attract the zombies and leave him alone. On March 8 Huffington Post shares that while on "Conan," "Walking Dead" creator Robert Kirkman shares the answer.

Kirkman says that the illustrator of the comic series, Charlie Adlard, loves to draw people and he's really good at it, but he doesn't like to draw animals and isn't that great at it, therefore, there are no zombie animals no matter how likely it would be in real life.

So, the truth is finally out of the bag, there are no zombie animals because it would not be consistent with the comic book series. It is true that some people can draw certain things extremely well over others, and apparently, Adlard is one of them.

Do you think that fans should get a glimpse of some zombie animals?
