Walk through'the winter woodlands at Irvine Nature Center (Video)

Most of us are ready for spring. Although a few hardy and adventurous folks love the brisk winter weather and spending the time in it. The Irvine Nature Center has programs for such cold-loving souls, such as the Woodland Walks program.

Woodland Walks
Every other Wednesday from January 30 through March 27 at 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 a.m., the Irvine Nature Center offers Woodland Walks, a program suitable for families with children preschool through 1st grade with an adult (siblings are welcome). The dates for this event are:

January 30
February 16
February 27
March 13
March 27

This program is $10.00 non-members. Pre-registration is required. You can register online here.

Experience the forest as it changes from winter to spring. Learn what makes the forest important and how to conserve it as you take a stroll through it. It is also a great way to introduce new and potential members to the Irvine Nature Center.
