Sun., March 16th will kick-off this year's Walk Kansas and end Sat., May 10th, 2014.

According to the press release, "Walk Kansas is a team-based program that will help you and others lead a healthier life by being more active and making better nutrition choices."

Teams consist of 6 people and can include relatives, neighbors and co-workers. Weekly newsletters will be sent to participants with health information.
