Walk Bike to Work Day is Thursday

Commuters throughout the Twin Cities will be ditching their cars Thursday to take part in Bike Walk to Work Day.  The event encourages Minnesotans to walk or bike a commute that they would normally make in a car. The day’s festivities are part of Walk Bike Week, which includes events throughout the city.  Tomorrow’s festivities will be celebrated at at REI Bloomington, Hennepin County Government Plaza and Rice Park or at other locations that participants choose to register.  Register or get more information by visiting BikeWalkWeek.org
