According to a December 3 report on Walmart.com, Cyber Monday was the mega retailer's biggest day ever for online sales. Additionally, Wal-Mart is reporting that the five day stretch from Thanksgiving to Cyber Monday also broke online sales records for the company this year.
There were more than one billion hits to the Walmart.com website from Thanksgiving Day through Cyber Monday. According to a Wal-Mart press release, a list of online best-selling items for the retail giant are as follows:

· Apple iPad 2 16GB with Wi-Fi
· Fisher-Price Power Wheels Red Ford F150 Raptor 12-Volt Battery-Powered Ride-On
· Mega Bloks First Builders Build 'n Learn Table Plus Bonus Play Set
· TRIO Stealth G2 10.1" Tablet Dual Core with 16GB Memory
· Tilting Wall Mount for 37" to 70" Flat Panel TVs, with HDMI Cable
Cyber Monday was just the beginning for Wal-Mart though. Cyber Week marches on and Walmart.com will be offering 200 online specials every single day through Friday, December 6. They are also offering free shipping on orders over $35 for those who want to avoid visiting a brick and mortar store. Additionally, in-store pickup is free and in many cases can be set up for the same day an order is placed.
