According to a report from KBOI 12 website, Truc Huynh, 29, a waitress at the PHO 79 Vietnamese restaurant doesn’t take too kindly to disgruntled customers who complain about shoddy service. On Saturday afternoon, Boise police were dispatched to the restaurant after Huynh attacked a customer for complaining about the service.

Henry Do, the restaurant’s owner described the scene:

"She hit the customer. I hear boom. I go out and tell her no no no. That's it.”

The victim was struck in the face by Huynh. Officers witnessed a bruise on the victim’s jaw. After officers had tried to talk to the angry waitress, she grabbed a butter knife and assumed a fighting stance and became vocal.

After her arrest, she kicked one of the arresting officers in the leg. Authorities charged her with battery on a law officer and resisting arrest. The report states the victim doesn’t want to press charges against the angry waitress.

When she’s not angry or fighting with customers and police officers, Huynh is working toward becoming a nail technician.
