Waitress Jasmine Waltz: I didn't hit 'delusional train wreck' Lindsay Lohan

Jasmine Waltz, the cocktail waitress accused of punching Lindsay Lohan on July 2, 2010, says she never hit the actress.

“All I have to say is that disturbed little train wreck is delusional,” Waltz, 27, told Access Hollywood. "I didn’t hit her, but I’d like too.”

THE FIGHT IS OVER A BOY

Earlier Friday, Lohan tweeted that Jasmine, a waitress at Voyeur nightclub in L.A., had punched her while she was celebrating her 24th birthday with two friends.

The actress tweeted, “A waitress just hit me. Punched me for no reason."

Sources at the club claim Jasmine was jealous because Lindsay was recently seen cavorting with Waltz's ex-boyfriend, British rugby star Danny Cipriani, 22.

WAITRESS LIKELY TO BE FIRED

Insiders at Voyeur say Jasmine will likely be fired over the incident. Waltz -- who specializes in hooking famous men -- has previously dated Ryan Seacrest, actor Chris Pine, singer Jesse McCartney and baseball player Doug Reinhardt.

Meanwhile, a rep for Voyeur said: “We were happy to have Lindsay Lohan celebrating her birthday at Voyeur last night.”

It's unlikely that Lindsay consumer alcohol at the nightclub because she wears an alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet that ensures she stays booze-free.

LOHAN IS ON PROBATION FOR DRUG CHARGES

On May 24, L.A. Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel ordered Lindsay to wear a SCRAM device, an alcohol monitoring bracelet, and submit to random weekly drug testing. The SCRAM checks the skin for alcohol every half hour by sampling the wearer's perspiration.

Lohan has been on probation since August 2007 after pleading guilty to misdemeanor drug charges and no contest to three driving charges.

Lindsay, who has been to alcohol and drug rehab three times in the past three years, recently confessed she has addiction issues. [see slideshow below]

“I tried to mask my problems with alcohol, cocaine and mind-altering substances," Lindsay revealed. ”I went to rehab three times.The first time I checked myself in because I had taken Ambien. It’s a sleeping aid but it makes you hallucinate."

Lindsay is due back in court July 6.
