Voting is open for the 2012 Virgin Media Movie Awards - and Robert Pattinson is nominated!
Rob is nominated in the Guy of the Year category. (When this article was written, Rob was approximately 2,000 votes behind his Harry Potter co-star, Daniel Radcliffe). Pattinson's film, Water for Elephants, is nominated for Best Drama of the Year. The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 got a nomination as well, for Best Family Movie of the Year. (When this article was written, WFE was winning in the drama category, and BD Part 1 was approximately 650 votes behind Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows: Part 2).
In addition to awards for stars and movies, the Virgin Media Movie Awards also has a Best Scene of the Year category. The vampire birth scene from BD Part 1 is nominated in this category!
Fans can also vote for the Most Wanted Movie of 2012, and the Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 is currently a hair behind the Hunger Games in this category!
Rob's Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart was also nominated in the Girl of the Year category!
Rob already had a great start to 2012, accepting a 2012 People's Choice Award for Water for Elephants last week!
