Volunteer with special needs children and adults in Bowling Green

Are you looking to volunteer, make a difference, and maybe even make a life long friend? Would you be interested in improving the quality of someone's life while they teach you valuable life lessons? If so, consider helping out with individuals in the community who have disabilities.

Nancy Combow has a son with Down Syndrome. She encourages young adults to get involved and volunteer with individuals with special needs for their own benefit. She stated, "My son, Cameron, has touched the lives of many people in a positive way. He loves unconditionally. He always has a hug and a smile ready for you. He is sensitive to your emotions and if you are sad, he wants to make you happy. He is much more abled than disabled and that is what we celebrate. "

Below are some upcoming volunteer needs. Challenge yourself and a friend to get involved and see how your own life can be enriched.
